The aim of this Conclave was to bridge the gap between academia and the world of storytelling through comics. The Social Action and Policy Lab (SAP Lab) at IIT Gandhinagar in partnership with UNICEF also supported this event.

About the event
This two-day comics conclave featured a series of talks and interactive sessions with celebrated graphic novelists, artists, filmmakers, and academic scholars. The lineup of speakers included Orijit Sen, Amruta Patil, Sarnath Banerjee, Pinaki De, Nikhil Gulati, Debkumar Mitra and Gayathri Menon. They were also joined by academic scgholars and faculty members from the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS) and Cognitive Science at IIT Gandhinagar.
